Please note: Estimated arrival dates shown at checkout are just that—estimates. We do not control your package once it leaves our warehouse.
While we do everything we can at White Bayou Wreaths & Supply to process, pack, and ship your order quickly, shipping carriers may experience delays.

📦 If you need your order quickly, we strongly urge you to upgrade to UPS shipping. We even offer next-day UPS services for faster delivery.
USPS can be unpredictable—even when estimated dates are shown at checkout.

🚚 Ground Shipping

The shipping carrier selected at checkout may be changed at our discretion. Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Shipping cost is calculated during checkout.

🎁 Free Shipping

Orders with a subtotal over $100 (after any discounts/coupons) qualify for free shipping.

  • Must be selected at checkout

  • Carrier and method are chosen by White Bayou

  • Delivery time: 2–6 business days

  • Free shipping is exactly that—free—and we choose the most cost-effective method.

🌍 International Shipping

International shipping options selected at checkout will be honored when possible.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days

  • Cost is calculated during checkout

🕒 Fulfillment Time

Orders are typically fulfilled in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, Mardi Gras), fulfillment may take longer.

Please note: A faster shipping method does not mean faster fulfillment.

📦 Our Shipping Process

  • Orders are packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

  • No changes can be made once an order is placed.

  • Orders are processed Mon–Fri only (excluding holidays).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other events beyond our control.

  • You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email once your order ships.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for tracking details.

  • If you created an account, log in to view order history.

  • No order confirmation will be sent if no email address is provided at checkout.

🏡 Local Pickup

Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

  • Wait for your pickup notification email before arriving

  • Please call/text (337) 356-3855 before pickup

  • Orders not picked up within 30 days are considered abandoned and non-refundable

❗ Final Notes

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Packages with an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

  • Packages stolen after delivery

📦 Please ensure your shipping address is correct and that packages are sent to a safe, secure destination.

🚚 Again, White Bayou Wreaths & Supply does not control the route your package takes once it leaves our building, whether shipped via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. We have no control over delayed packages.

⏳ If your USPS package is delayed, we do not offer refunds until it has been in the USPS system for over 30 days.
